Ideate
Original ideas for RFP form building revolved around a fully customizable, drag and drop solution that allowed users to set document details, scoring weight, and editing at a section by section level. It quickly became apparent after testing this that this approach was cumbersome for users who were used to more pen and paper methods.

We quickly pivoted to a more form based approach. This allowed users to set standard fields with easy to scan details but also include attachments for additional clarity. This hybrid method has tested well and also allows us room to build out more customization in the future.
